These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 955bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the 955bd online gaming platform available at https://955bd.app and any associated domains or mirror addresses ("the Platform").

955bd reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 955bd Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 955bd. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain a 955bd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to make deposits to or withdrawals from your 955bd account.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation.
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the 955bd Platform or any associated service.
• You do not have an existing active 955bd account. Only one account per individual is permitted.

955bd reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any existing account if, in our reasonable judgment, a player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above. Any winnings generated on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed the 955bd Platform using your account credentials, you must notify us immediately via live chat or by emailing our support team. 955bd accepts no liability for use of the Platform by minors where such use results from a failure by the account holder to safeguard their login credentials.

To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on 955bd, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

955bd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts — meaning two or more accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 955bd reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account(s), void any pending bets or bonus balances associated with those accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending a full review.

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and the safety of all players, 955bd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights. 955bd will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 955bd username and password. 955bd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. 955bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no 955bd-imposed deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply transaction charges — please check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within one business day.
• 955bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited via a promotional bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted — see the Bonus & Promotions Policy section below.

955bd does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method. Any bank or mobile money provider charges applied at the receiving end are the responsibility of the player. 955bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if the account is under review for suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or identity verification concerns.

955bd offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your 955bd account are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 955bd promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable.
• 955bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Certain game categories (such as live dealer tables or specific slot titles) may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion's terms for game contribution rates.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is fulfilled, the entire bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳2,000 per round or bet selection, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.

955bd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, hedging bets across accounts, and systematic exploitation of free spin or cashback mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

By using the 955bd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by 955bd.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the 955bd Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting odds, or tournament results.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected exploit are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or using the Platform to obscure the origins of funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 955bd Platform, game software, or proprietary systems.
• Using the Platform in a manner that causes disruption, harm, or reputational damage to 955bd or to other players.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other individual or allowing any other individual to use your account.

955bd reserves the right to monitor player activity, review transaction histories, and investigate any account at any time. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 955bd may place a hold on account activity, withhold pending withdrawals, and request additional documentation pending the outcome of the investigation. Investigation outcomes are final and binding.

Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your 955bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Voluntary self-exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling, 955bd offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or one year. Closure by 955bd: 955bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 955bd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by 955bd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player in full after identity verification.

The 955bd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, 955bd does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 955bd shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by system faults or data feed errors, provided that 955bd takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Interruption to or unavailability of the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 955bd's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that 955bd does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You accept sole responsibility for the gambling decisions you make on the Platform.
